Lauren enforces a strict 48 hour cancellation policy and requires a card on file for all clients. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time carry a 50% charge of the services scheduled. Same day cancellations or no shows will result in a 100% charge of the services scheduled. We understand emergencies happen and discretion is always considered on a case by case basis. Any charges stated above will be made to the card on file and the cancellation fee does not apply toward any future appointments. When canceling we encourage clients to call to avoid any technical mishaps.
